Our Story
Welcome to Pristine Painting Perfection – the Gold Coast's premier painting service provider. Our family business, operated by the dynamic husband and wife team Aidan and Amber, is dedicated to delivering unparalleled quality and care in every project we undertake.
Pristine Painting Perfection was founded in August 2012 by Aidan, just one month before the birth of his first child. Motivated by a desire to offer a better alternative to the Gold Coast locals, Aidan left behind a career with big painting companies that prioritised profit over people. He was tired of seeing corners cut and ethics ignored. His vision was to create a company that values its staff and clients, providing exceptional painting services with integrity and excellence.
Amber joined the business in October 2015, following the birth of their second child. Her role within the company has grown significantly, and she now serves as the business manager. Together, Aidan and Amber have nurtured Pristine Painting Perfection, ensuring that it remains true to its founding principles of quality and care.

Director
Aidan is the founder and director of Pristine Painting Perfection and established the company in 2012 to prioritise client satisfaction and employee job fulfillment. With a commitment to quality, he ensures staff receive the necessary support and training, fostering a positive environment and a strong reputation on the Gold Coast.
Mikayla
Supervisor
Painting for Mikayla is therapeutic and satisfying. She loves finishing your homes with the finest detail. This is Mikayla’s seventh year painting, and second year on the Gold Coast! She loves what she does, and having a laugh with the incredible Pristine Painting Perfection crew.
Annalise
Apprentice Painter
Hi I am Annalise aka Lilly. I am an apprentice with Pristine Painting Perfection and I am really enjoying the work and learning new things. I love to have fun and bring enjoyment to those I am with. Outside of work, you can find me hanging out with family, and friends, being outside in nature, skateboarding, and having fun.
Amber
Director
Amber joined Pristine Painting Perfection in 2015 and has become increasingly involved since then. As the Business Manager, she ensures everything runs smoothly and is often the first point of contact for clients. Amber's dedication to providing prompt and efficient service plays a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of Pristine Painting Perfection.

Painter
Hi! My name’s Harriet. I’m the pommy on the team! I love painting and working with a team of like-minded individuals here at Pristine! I enjoy the range of jobs we complete and places we go, I find painting very rewarding because of the befores and the afters and it’s nice seeing clients happy!
Mike
Apprentice Painter
Hey I’m Mike ! I’m one of Pristine’s apprentices. I am enjoying working for Pristine Painting Perfection and working as part of a great team. Previous to this I was a butcher and I am really enjoying learning a new trade. Outside of work, you can find me hanging out with my wife, daughter, family, and friends.
Daniel
Supervisor
Daniel (Dan) been painting for 11 years. He loves his work and painting has allowed him to travel the country and meet awesome people along the way. Dan says that at Pristine Painting he is part of a great team and working environment. On the weekends you will find him camping or at the beach.
Carolina
Painter
Carol left Brazil to study English for six months, fell in love with Australia, and six years later she is still here. She studied architecture back home and found out paint is a great match to use her academic skills while she is building her career in the beautiful Gold Coast.
Kale
Apprentice Painter
Hey I’m Kale! I was recently a carpet layer and now I’ve chosen to pursue painting. I wanted to further my skills and learn more. When I’m not working hard I’m out fishing on the weekends enjoying the sun. We have a great crew and I’m glad to be apart of this team learning from the tradies here. Ps I have an incredible sock tan I’ve been working on.
